Leeds No Borders is a grassroots campaign & support group fighting racist immigration controls. We believe that everyone should have the right to freedom of movement and call for an end to deportations and detention. We are all volunteers and rely on donations.
Manuel Bravo Project
The Manuel Bravo Project was set up to provide free legal advice to asylum seekers looking to appeal against a negative first decision or submit a fresh claim for asylum and who cannot obtain legal aid. Within the Manuel Bravo Project paid and voluntary Immigration Caseworkers work directly with their clients by preparing their bundles and representing them in court wherever possible. Qualified non-immigration Legal Teams from other firms working pro bono for Manuel Bravo prepare their clients for their Full Hearing with the help of Case Coordinators, Researchers, Hosts, Translators and Court Support volunteers to assist in the process.
